"Called this morning to get a part for my filter. Jim took my name and number down said he would call me right back. Since I have had bad experiences with Leslie's in the past I called Litchfield Park Pool Service LLC. They picked up right away and said they had the part in stock. I went and picked it up from them and got it installed. TWO HOURS AFTER I CALLED LESLIE'S, Jim finally called me back. Don't waste your time with Leslie's. Go to Litchfield Park Pool Service LLC instead."

"Leslie’s provides great water testing. They provide a lot of detail. Do your homework before purchasing their products. Some are good while others are extremely expensive. For example if they advise you alkalinity is down and you need to purchase their Alkalinity Up product which sells for $32.99 for 10ths. Go to Lowe’s, Home Depot or your local grocery store and pick up some Arm and Hammer baking soda for $10.00 for 12lbs. I went for a replacement O-ring for my filter air relieve and they could only offer me a complete valve rebuild kit for over $50.00. I tried Lowe’s but they didn’t have the right size so I went to Litchfield Pools and the sold me the O-Ring I needed for $2.25. Still expensive for what it is but I saved $47.75 by finding a different pool store. Test your water here, but don’t buy anything if you can help it."
