We hired them again for a second house that needed lots of remedy to remodeled/reshaped and permitting. They worked well with city of Scottsdale and city of Pheonix on pulling correct permits and stayed on budget during both projects. The quote we received was fair and someone was always available to answer our questions and check on the work being done. They even came back after the original job was finished to offer advice and fix mistakes a different contractor had made! We used to hate swimming in our pool because the water looked murky and the edge was falling apart. Now we feel like we have our own little resort!
