"The first time I took my dog Toby (palmaraian) it was beautiful great experience and cut so I was very excited to return bad mistake the second time to Julie's they didn't even bath my dog, wouldn't listen to how I wanted the dog groomed (just the same cut as time before) and didn't even finish the job only two leg's had been cut/groomed, random hair sticking up all around his face/main very choppy and bad cut!!"

"I thought I was lucky to have found a dog groomer in town who would fit in my maltipoo shitzu in this week since all the groomers in town were booked weeks out and he was due for a haircut/shower, but now I regret having gone here. We took my puppy here yesterday and as soon as we picked him up we noticed he still smelled…probably worse than when we brought him in, which was weird right off the bat. It was not until today that noticed how bad of a cut he got. We only barely noticed thanks to him being in his bed DEPRESSED for two days straight now. He has only been wanting to come out to eat and use the restroom then scurries right back to his bed. We finally took a good look at him to see why he’s been so sad and we found all these patches of uncut hair and cuts all over him…I think my 7yr old would have done a better job. NEVER coming here again… Oh and to top it off I asked for a teddy bear haircut…this was not that AT all."
