"The Pools Plus was dispatched to assess why the SPA pump constantly injects air bubbles into the SPA. However, the technician was unable to diagnose the issue, and ultimately, he stated, "I don't know what is going on," concluding with the phrase "it is what it is" before leaving. Definitely avoid them."

"NEVER never use this company. I would give no stars if it was possible. They ripped me off! I'm a pool newbie and "Matt" (if that's even his real name) knew that. On 9/5/23 Matt called and said I had not paid my July bill. "So sorry!" I apologized, since I am new to this...and added I had been very busy this summer. I paid right then, giving my credit card number over the phone. The total charges were about $160.75 on my invoice. This morning 9/7/23 I logged onto my bank and the charge from POOLS PLUS was $498.75!!!! I tried to stop payment but the bank won't allow it because it's still processing. I should have known when "Matt" asked some leading questions and figured out I was not in town. He tried to get me to say when I would be back in Tucson. That was no accident. Rip off, con artists, thieves... pick your word for these guys. They prey on people. The final upshot? They didn't even service the pool! There is green algae and black algae all over the pool!! Stay far, far away."

"Warranty repair of pool/spa gas heating unit. Owner and Daniel were responsive, efficient and professional. Part was ordered and installed earlier than promised. Glad to learn of this business through the warranty service."

"**Picture = after two weeks of their service. After starting with perfectly clear, clean pool I strongly recommend against Pools Plus, until they change how they deal with customers. I had a similar experience as a previous post, where they went from being very kind and helpful, to incredibly rude and dismissive. Matt and Zack has been helpful with us for many years, so we finally hired them on to handle our chemicals. After only a couple of weeks the pool started to look green and when I called about it Matt was dismissive and accusatory, saying I wasn’t taking care of it. I chalked it up to him maybe having a long day and said I would continue to clean out the pump and back wash meticulously (as I had the last four years, never once having multiple weeks of discoloration the whole time I’ve owned the pool). When I called yesterday to report my pool looking even worse, having left a note with my phone number and asking for a call to figure out the problem, I couldn’t believe how Matt talked to me. He was dismissive, rude, and used shaming language. When I cut him off and told him he couldn’t talk to me like that, he went straight to saying I should find another company. So sadly, I am doing that, and I am recommending against Pools Plus to all of my friends, and on this site. I hope this post helps them to change their practices, and prevents others in the mean time from having the same experience we have had."

"Pools Plus has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Courteous, efficient, and responded to my questions after the repair. In short they looked after my best interests, didn't oversell, and made me feel as though as I was the best customer. Their staff have years of experience and explained exactly what was involved. I would give the six stars or more if I could. Update: Dec 28 2016 I have had several more opportunities to use Pools Plus services, I can now say double for everything I said previously. Fantastic service, I recommend them to friends, family, and anyone who has a pool."
