"UPDATE: Pergola is in now as of spring 2023. Still doesn’t have its rain curtain installed. A year and a half later. And it’s even worse. Now my pool has rust stains from all the metal grinding on the steel pergola and the filter was full of metal. You can see the photos attached. The stain inside the pump was AFTER cleaning it. The inside of your pump shouldn’t look like that after one year. Not to mention all the rust speckles on my vacuum host. Still haven’t been able to get his original plaster person out to fix the half done acid wash on the pebble inside the pool. Now I will have to pay another company to come fix everything and do it correctly. STAY AWAY! Larry, will give you the biggest promises up front and then leave you to dry. How embarrassing to myself, my friends, and my family, that my neighbors have completed projects before me. And they're enjoying the holidays, unlike me. Per our agreement, he completed the pool. GREAT! Larry didn't know how to setup the Pentair system. Waited two weeks for Sean, (who has been the best experience with Larry yet), to setup my system. Sean gets five stars. Sean even mentioned that Larry told him to reach out that day same day that he contacted me. Took Larry TWO weeks to get a "setup" guy for the pool. By then I had been sold..... by Leslie's Pool Company. They sold me on hundreds of dollars of product! Solid move. No initial setup. Hopefully you know how to get your chemical levels up on your own and which products to buy. Larry didn't mentioned anything about chemicals or brushing the pebble. Thankfully someone else did. Pebble still had a half done acid wash. Hopefully over time it will go away. I'll probably be stuck with another $5k bill for an acid wash in 5 years. The baja area looks like dirt has settled. The rest of the pool looks great. Larry has ignored my requests for the pebble team to come out and take a look. Larry won't tell you that. I'm convinced he has no idea about pool setups. Larrys grill crew still hasn't came to install my gas regulator. Coyote has told me to not use the grill until installed. Oh, the grills been installed for almost two months. Lets look at the storage below the grill. The electrical and gas line are in the way so they just left it on my patio. Yep, still sitting here. Larry messaged me about "coming by with my contractor" two fridays ago, still nothing. Pergola in the contract and he has a portion of the money already. It's been two months since he has even mentioned the word. Crickets. Chirp chirp. No Pergola in my yard. Or the rain curtain, which is partially all paid for. He installed some irrigation. He failed to mention that he completely shut off the system. All my plants were near death. Had to re-program that myself. Also, he didn't fix the initial problem of the irrigation flooding my street. So when I reprogrammed it, the line just flooded the street. He just threw a plant in the ground and called it a day. On a positive note, I've learned how to do irrigation and setup a pool. Thanks, Larry."

"Sounds like everyone else has experienced the same bait and switch from Larry that I have. Promises promises then no delivery. The only thing he's good at is lying. I've been dealing with his intent to fraud since January 21'. I've contacted a few news channels and am just starting the process giving them the whole 4 inch binder of documentation and over 15 hours of tape recordings. Larry and his lies. "Lush pools cut some underground electrical wires on a project we were working on, then they covered it back up to hide their mistake. Larry gave our electrical team the approval to move ahead with the repairs and he would reimburse us when completed because he “doesn’t want to have to deal with it”. It’s long been fixed, and Larry now isn’t willing to pay the bill."
