"First I want to say thanks to the Cal Pool team that was able to make our dream back yard a reality. Jacob, your design expertise made all of our needs and wants come together perfectly. Stephen, you oversaw this whole project and overcame all hurdles thrown at us. Communication was no issue with us, and the portal app made a big difference. We knew that this project was going to take a while, as many variables were going pull or push out dates. Even though some trades had some work not up-to-par, Stephen ensured it got corrected and fixed in a timely manner. Shout-out to Adam for ensuring our soft scape was installed right, and what a difference a few lights makes. Yes, Pool shopping and quoting can be very exhausting. There was something with Cal Pool that made everything more comfortable and enjoyable “Thanks Jacob”. And those Ledge Loungers look great."
