"Purchased a new property. Home inspector said that the return line was too close to the unit that it’s supposed to come out at least 6 inches away in order to run at full power. Also, as you can see in the first picture, there was some green discoloration on the plaster, I hired this company to repair the return line and do a chlorine scrub. They put the return line in the exact same position as the original one, and emptied the pool and used a small pressure washer to squirt the sides. There was no smell of chlorine whatsoever while they did this and there was no scrubbing done. As you can see it removed zero discoloration. I will say the pool had gone green but I don’t have a picture of that so it did need to be emptied but obviously I have to hire another company to do the work correctly. And they’re charging almost $2000 for this half fast effort."

"We absolutely love how our pool turned out. For the most part (despite the entire process being nearly a year) it went as well as can be expected for such a large project. I would recommend Valley Oasis to someone if they’re in search of a company to build their pool."

"I highly recommend Valley Oasis pools. Although there was a delay due to the city of Tucson and final inspection, my pool turned out absolutely beautiful!! I appreciate Alex patiently working with me from changing the design (size) to helping me get things done and always answering questions. Thank you all!!"

"This review is especially hard for me to write. Please read the entire review. We decided to get a pool during the pandemic, and we completely understood that there would be delays and that we needed to remain patient. The pool took about a year to complete and it is absolutely stunning. This is why I am not giving Valley Oasis a 1 star. The problem I am running into at this point is that they are not following up with promises that were made. The side yard is still a mess and not picked up. This was supposed to be done after the pool. There is a gap between the decking and the pavers that they installed that is still there. Lastly, they were supposed to be working on putting pavers down from our backyard to the driveway. This has been mentioned to them countless times, and I everytime I bring it up they act as if I am mentioning it to them for the first time. In addition to the pool work they also installed an outdoor barbecue. This turned out beautiful. I am giving them a 3 star because although they have a lot of shortcomings and poor follow up the work they do is overall good. If you go with them for a pool I just advise you that you have to keep calling every week. Squeaky wheel gets the grease and with them you have to be extremely squeaky."
