"Got my expensive wedding suit back and both sleeves became unstitched. Terrible experience."
"I was hopeful when I left my husband’s suit here. I never tried this cleaner before. The people were nice. Unfortunately they burned the collar of the suit. So the fabric was shiny in some spots on the collar. Instead of the jacket collar being smooth on the inside it was gathered near the neck. Not sure what happened. The picture shows the collar. I’m sure they could fix the ironing of the collar. However something singed can not be fixed. This place just didn’t work for me. I won’t be back."
"I’m not sure they even clean the clothes. I dropped off a shirt with some stains & I got it back exactly the way it was. I paid thinking that was the best they could do. I and dropped off my dress to try this place again, and it had some yellow stains and some dirt. Picked it up with yellow stains & dirt. They told me that was the best they could do because of the material. I paid in full & left unsatisfied. I got back home and cleaned the dress myself with a dish soup using hands. It took only couple of minutes. I was furious. I don’t think they even touched the dress to begin with."

"Everyone was very professional and the service was excellent. I've used this dry cleaner for the last three years after moving to Phoenix for a job and have never been disappointed. They have quick turn around and fair prices for what I bring in (normally my dress shirts and pants). I normally remember to remove my metal collar stays before having my clothes dry cleaned but on occasion I forget, but they always check and put them in a bag for me. The location is great since I take the 101 and the 60 to get to work and it's super convenient for me to drop off and pick up on my way to or from work."
