"What a nice surprise that Bryan came to my home ready to work. Professional, neat and friendly. He asked me what I needed cleaned. I informed him I needed deep cleaning throughout the home. Deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchen is hard work. Not did Bryan exceed my expectations, but he seemed to enjoy the work. I was impressed how the bathroom, kitchen and whole home looked. He also did it in a timely manner and the rate was very reasonable. I called other services prior and the ones I called cost more, but they could not have done a better job. "I needed an affordable cleaning service to do a general deep clean of my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment to prepare for some visitors. It was fairly short notice (within a week) and I was concerned pricing would be astronomical, with limited availability. From the get go, the professionalism and responsiveness of the scheduling process with Brian was quick and easy. They had availability that met my needs and were willing to be flexible, if necessary! Brian communicated via text with the time window to expect the cleaner and was upfront about the pricing options. The day of cleaning, Brooklyn was assigned and showed up EARLY! I received a text from Brian when she was en route and when she arrived. I let her in and she immediately got to work and was very friendly. When the service was going to take a little longer than the original time expected, communication was provided from both Brian & Brooklyn to confirm that was okay. Brooklyn cleaned every area necessary and left our apartment looking incredible. I would 10/10 recommend the service, and will be doing so for any professional cleaning needs we have in the future. Thanks to the team at Carole's for getting my place ready to host my parents for Super Bowl weekend!"

"I highly recommend using Carole’s house cleaning. I used them for my new home move in clean and for a move out clean and carpet cleaning on my other house to prepare it for renters. I had a tight schedule with the closing of my home and getting renters in my other home and the team helped make everything so seamless. Their employees were professional and on time. "Horrible. Kitchen counters not wiped, kitchen sink not touched, bathrooms nearly untouched, nothing moved from counters just a slight wipe. Absolutely disappointing after having a very long day and looking forward to coming home to a “deep cleaned” house. The whole idea was to not have to do it myself since work/life has been extremely busy and we have Christmas company. Now I get to spend my Friday night cleaning! I DO NOT recommend this company. Save your money and just do it yourself!"
