"I initially had a an unfortunate first encounter with this company but my concerns were addressed right away. The manager called me personally to explain what had happened, had rescheduled me for a day and time that was convenient for me and made things right. The day of my scheduled appointment, the technician arrived early, explained everything that he was going to do, wore shoe protectors, protected the corners of my wall where his equipment was at, and even made time to clean my rug which wasn’t on my initial request. The technician and the manager were friendly and professional. And of course my furniture and my rug are now spotless! I will definitely be using this company again! Thank you for taking the time to earn my business!"
