"I went to this dry cleaner with an old wedding dress. They got the yellow out of the dress but stained it at the same time??? Omg disappointed and had paid a good amount to get it cleaned. Also they never called to let me know the dress was done. I wouldn't recommend bringing any clothes that they don't normally wash. Very friendly staff though."

"I came on a Saturday afternoon looking to get my couch cushion covers cleaned. The man at the front told us he could do it, but then proceeded to tell us a number of things that didn't really sit right with me. Some of which include, "I usually wouldnt do this because of all the cat hair", which was only on two of the cushions, and then tried to hold the covers until Wednesday/Thursday night. After we complained about it being so long since we only have one couch and live in an apartment, he told us he could "rush it" and get it done for $30 extra. At this point we just needed our cushions cleaned so we said okay and paid and we were on our way. We ended up paying $225, which I would assume would warrant for a job well done. Apparently not. Upon picking them up on Monday, we got home and noticed that two of our covers were completely broken. One had the zipper completely off, while the other was almost completely shredded at the bottom. We went in and the man that helped us before and what I assume was his wife were nowhere near helpful. All we wanted was to make them aware of the problem and potentially have them fix it or at least give us a refund for the two covers, but all they were looking for was praise for even cleaning them. Then after we kept trying to reason with him, he said his wife could fix it "in a couple days", while continuously talking over me while I tried to address our problems with the situation. We said no thank you, at this point we don't trust you to come anywhere near our things. This was truly one of the worst experiences i've ever had with any establishment. Please save yourself the money and do not take your things here."
