"We live in the Lake Pleasant area in North Phoenix and reached out to Laam's Window & Screen Cleaning for our home. We eagerly expected Parker and his sister Peyton to show up for the job, as we used the two of them before. Instead, a shabby little fellow named "Jerry" appeared, about 30 minutes late, and only to complete a half-hearted job. We still have spots on our windows with soil deposits on our sun screens. We weren't able to resolve the issue directly with "Jerry," as he seemed more interested in what we had in our fridge than in solving our quality assurance problem. We don't recommend."
