"First time using Advantage Plus and I have to say they are a great company. I found an Amazon Local deal from them with a nice discount and so purchased the cleaning that way. I called up to schedule and one of the owners, Mike, answered and was quite personable and professional. The day of scheduled appointment Mike B., the carpet tech sent to clean our carpets, called to let me know he was running just a few minutes late. I don't expect everybody to always be able to stay on schedule but I do expect the courtesy of a call and Mike B. did just that. Thank you!! I had a couple areas that were very heavily soiled and I wasn't sure the cleaning would be able to get them completely clean. Mike B. pre-treated the areas and they all came out great!! "Last week I had my carpets cleaned and Victor from Advantage Plus did an outstanding job!! My husband is a mechanic and every-now-and-then he wear his work shoes on our carpet and the stains were horrible!! I thought for sure I would still be able to see them even after they cleaned them, but nope! They were gone! These guys do great work, seem very professional yet personable, and actually showed up when they said they would. I am definitely going to call them again."
