"I really can’t recommend them. First of all, the man who came out for our consultation straight up lied to us about what they could and would be doing for our service. Saying things like they would be able to access our entire attic space using certain techniques, which never happened. And they’d use “special bait” unlike peanut button, ha they did use peanut butter. They’re also super stingy and cut throat about when you get your service done when it’s inconvenient for you, but apparently not when THEY need to reschedule. And most of all, they did NOT get rid of the rodents in our attic! They were catching rodents weekly and then the last week they claimed they didn’t catch anything “so they must be gone”…. Even though we could still clearly hear them. When I asked them about it they were adamant they didn’t think it was a rodent and insisted we “cut a hole in our ceiling” instead… Fast forward months later, we’re still dealing with rodents in our attic. My husband just went into the attic himself and said there’s tons of evidence of them. Bottom line: this company doesn’t actually care about resolving your issues, they just want to fulfill the contracted amount of time whether or not the problem is resolved."

"I’ve used AZ Pest Control for the past year and a half to prevent spiders and scorpions. I’ve had an awesome experience with them - they are always prompt and I haven’t had any pests in my home! Would definitely recommend them!"

"We have been doing business with Arizona Pest Control for over 20 years. After the last visit we waited for the billing statement and it never showed. Apparently they went to a email billing system and we we’re not told about it. We are not big email fans so it was 4 -5 months later we get a third party statement from a collection agency ! We have always paid our bill consistently for over 20 years on time. We called the office to pay the bill and the office gal was extremely rude and even hung up on us. I tried to call the owner and that was a waste of time. We paid the bill with the collection firm and of course there High End fees. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ARIZONA PEST CONTROL and of late tell EVERYONE how they just dumped us. We were extremely loyal and even did their Termite program, the weekly sprays and even bait traps. Over the course of time I started noticing spray days that might coincide ( not on purpose ) with a rain day. I asked about it and they acted like it was no big deal. I called two exterminators here in Tucson and they said you never spray on a wet day as the pesticide washes away. They never rescheduled to make up for the days over the years but still charged for it !!! In conclusion, they are RUDE, practice UNETHICAL sprays and in general are NOT A GOOD place to do business with !!!! We will NEVER recommend them and make sure to tell everyone- friends, customers and neighbors about the way we were just kicked to the curb !! Signed, Disgusted"

Brian did the initial home inspection; he was knowledgeable, professional, and set us up with an appointment to have the house treated. We chose the 5 year plan, but what I appreciate is that he did not try to up-sell us on any product or home treatment. Highly recommend this company!"
