"I paid to have my filter cleaned. Your man did not remove the cartridges to inspect and clean them. He used the hose and washed them IN THE FILTER. This is not the correct way to clean the filter. Very disappointed with this service B Welton. This was done 2 months ago and the pressure on the filter continues to run high unless I backwash every week"

We never thought it could be fixed without draining the pool and starting over, but Northwest Pool Care worked incredibly hard, sending someone by daily to check on the progress and adding more chemicals as needed. They communicated with us almost daily and did an incredible job getting our pool back to normal. I can't say enough good things about them; I highly recommend them above any service that I've used in the past. If you're looking for a service with honesty and integrity look no further!"
"For nearly 4 years, Northwest Pool Care has been taking care of my giant (33,000 gallon) pool. They do an amazing job. "I purchased a house with an in ground pool in November 2015. Northwest Pool Care has been maintaining it since. We had to go back East for 12 months, and they took care of it the whole time. Great service, the pool looks like it did on day one. If anything came up, I was contacted by email, and could make any maintenance decisions based on their recommendations. I was going to take over the day to day maintenance upon my return, but I think I will just let them continue. Great Job."
