"I had these guys come over to my place the other day to clean my living room and dining room carpet, and it definitely looks better than it did before. But I expected better from a company with 5 stars. The reason why I am giving them a 1 star rating is because I called them the same day the carpet was cleaned to see if they would come back and address the many spots that they missed, and I never got a call back. Now it has been a few days since the carpet was cleaned, and I wanted to give them time to make it right before I left my review. But they still haven't respond to my call. I will not be using Sparkle Carpet Cleaning again and I will be sure to tell my friends and family how my experience was with them."
