"Very unhappy with my cleaning service wouldn’t recommend this service. Very unprofessional and rude. Me and my husband just moved and wanted to get our house deep cleaned. We have tenants moving in in a week. We were most concerned with the walls, doors, baseboards, and floors. On the phone he said he could do all that plus bathrooms cabinets and windows for 300$. He said that the only thing that he doesn’t do is the inside of the oven and the garage. To start he was 30 mins late to my house. He only took cash up front. I trusted him so I gave him the cash. He was there from 9:30- 2:30. He sent me pictures of the house when it was finished but they were shaky and I didn’t have time that evening to go back to look at the house. When I went back the next morning I saw that my floors were still dirty, my walls were dirty, the doors, baseboards, and cabinets(as seen in pictures posted). He did clean all of my windows and bathrooms as well as the fridge and microwave pretty well. I messaged him with my concerns about the house with the same picture I told him I appreciated the work he did and the time he spent but I would like a partial refund for the things he didn’t do. He told me that I was wrong, that my pictures were of damage and not dirt in a sarcastic tone, accused me of making it dirty after he had left, and told me that he had a before and after video to prove that he cleaned which he has yet to provide me with. I then sent him a video of me at the house whipping the dust and grime off of the doorframes and baseboards that he obviously didn’t even wipe down and he completely ignored it. After confronting him about the dirty floors and walls he said that he never agreed to do the walls or the grout. He told me that he would do the walls and I never asked him to do the ground but the floors had not been mopped or swept. I don’t know how he has 5 star review because my whole experience was awful. He was rude, unorganized, very unprofessional, unwilling to listen or help, I feel disrespected and disappointed."
