"They started pretty well off but never finished the job he just stopped showing up and not replying to at all. He had no personal mode of transportation; therefore, he depended on one of his workers for transportation and it wasn't very reliable. They do not clean up as they go and left a mess. On the tile work there were a lot of them that weren't installed flush, some areas that were not grouted properly, glops of grout left on the flooring. Additionally, baseboards were installed in areas prior to grout being applied and even though I mentioned to him that baseboards are normally painted prior to installation then touched up; they installed some without painting first. There was texture splatter all over the place as well as paint overspray and poor drywall patch work. Lastly, he is using pictures of some of the areas of our house on this website without asking for permission to use them, looking at possible legal action against him."
