"Very disappointed in the way my dad was treated. It was his first time ever coming here to dry clean some delicate button up shirts to wear with his suit for a special event back in December of 2022 and until now (July 01, 2023) they still haven’t given him the last shirt they still had due to the fact that they tore some buttons off and he’s been in there more than once to try and get his shirt or a refund back and they still haven’t done either. Never coming back to this place again. Horrible experience. I hope everyone else has had a better experience than we did."
"Worst experience they broke the buttons of my shirt and they didn’t want to replace them or pay for it. The Tuxedo shirt that I was supposed to use for my daughters Sweet sixteen was giving like that. 3 months later they didnt fox anything or paid for nothing."
"I took my comforter in for a stain removal and although I was please with the fact that they did remove the stain off of the comforter they also shrunk my comforter and it came back batted on the inside. Now I have to buy another $120 comforter because it lost it's shape and size after taking it here. I Will not be returning to this establishment"
