"Our technician Yang Chang did an excellent installation of our new system. He arrived on time in a nice clean AAA van and was dressed professionally. Yang was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. His walkthrough with us after completion of the video cameras was first class. When he had to go back to his van, instead of going the direct route across my grass, he took the long route around, which was very thoughtful. We would also like to thank Shobie Maharaj in helping us with the docusign part of the contract."

"Khalil T. was my tech with AAA alarm not once but twice! The first time was for my initial setup. The second time I needed a few more cameras installed and he figured out the best locations to put them without drilling unnecessary holes/doing any damage to the home. He is super knowledgeable, pleasant, and very meticulous. He took his time but was also very efficient. I could hardly see any wires because he took the time to arrange them so well. Everything works great. If he ever starts his own business I would be one of his first customers because these days it’s so hard to find knowledgeable, intelligent, hard-working people who do things with a smile.
