"I brought my laptop in cause the ssd was corrupted and I couldn't boot into the operating system. They said depending on the issue, either they fix it in store or it has to be sent to a service center. All it needed was a new ssd with windows on it but apparently was too much to do in store, so it was sent to a service center. The service center fix is longer of course cause it has to be mailed out, fixed and then mailed back out again. It took about 3 weeks and all they did was replace the ssd with a fresh windows 10 installed on it. Too long a repair in my opinion. I could not work my second job all that time. The repair was fine and I just had to reinstall my programs and set up the computer how I had it. All in all the repair should've been faster in my opinion. A regular pc repair shop would've been faster and cheaper in my opinion. I had to by the 200 dollar membership for totaltech. That would be helpful if you often have broken devices. If not, I'd say a small repair shop would be better"
