"This has been a painfully insulting & infuriating experience. After the store was unhelpful, I spent over an hour making an appointment for repair. The appointment was missed. I'm on my 3rd call trying to get this resolved. The 1st put me on hold for 30 min the disconnected, so I tried chat. They told me to wait, the escalated person told me to wait, then gave me a number to a tech who was accusatory, abusive, and said they weren't coming."

"Brought in my Samsung Galaxy watch I bought here about 2 yrs ago. Watch stopped staying on. Kept on turning off. Set an appointment with the Geek Squad. Figured they would know something. They won't touch it because I didn't get the "Geek Squad " protection plan at purchase. It was a Christmas gift. Thanks for nothing GS....."
"Terrible customer service! Don’t even try calling them because they’re rude and do not know how to talk to a customer. I purchased Bose headphones with a 2 year extended geek squad warranty over the manufactures 1 year warranty. For a total warranty of 3 years I was told word for word that if I purchased this 2 year warranty from geek squad at this specific location that it would come into effect once the 1 year manufacture warranty expired. Which it expired 11/11/2017. And That the 2 year geek squad warranty would expire in 2019. Well the headphones are dead and do not work anymore and they have hardly been used. They’re in perfect shape but I’m out a bunch of money because of a misinformed employee. Sucks but I know now not to purchase a warranty over what the manufacturer is offering on MOST items."
