"WOW! What a great experience. When customer service in most companies is non existent, THIS business should be the model. Brought my Cuckoo Clock to Ernest because one of the chains came off the cog an 2 of the figurines fell off the platform. Ernst greeted us and came right to the counter to check out the clock. To our surprise he stopped what he was doing immediately and began to work on our clock. Within 20 minutes, he had it running like it was new. He showed us everything he was doing and the correct way to move the clock when transporting. He was upfront with the repair price, which was very reasonable, and had us on our way. If you need any clock or watch repair, look no Further. Ernest is THE BEST!! I will be back with several watches that need some work."
