"Working with Cal’s was a great experience from beginning to end. I called on Friday afternoon, a real person picked up the phone (Taylor, I believe), she was very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled for the following Monday (this was a non-urgent request). The plumber who was sent out called me on Monday with an hour of lead-time to tell me when he would be arriving. Tony arrived right on time, was incredibly knowledgeable about the water treatment system we needed to have him look at, and was 100% honest about the fact that our system didn’t need any servicing right now. He said it probably wouldn’t need to be serviced for another 2 years, explained what that process would look like, showed me how to use the display screen on the system to check for irregularities, and described the return system that was making the noise about which I was originally concerned. It cost me nothing to have Tony come out this time, but I will absolutely be calling Cal’s when we need to have our water system serviced, and for any plumbing issues that may arise in the meantime. 10/10 experience, I’d recommend these guys for customer service, promptitude, and knowledge any day of the week."

"Customer service over the phone was excellent. They were able to respond next day to our house. The young gentleman that showed to the appointment even had plastic booties because it was raining outside. He quickly took stoke of the situation and proceed to process the warranty work with the manufacturer. He was able to replace the failed unit in three hours (having to go get the replacement unit). He was knowledgeable and quick at work. I would recommend these guys anytime."

He was thorough and explained all the steps necessary to install our water purifier. He tested out water to be sure how to set our system and booked the next step for the following day. "Fantastic experience. We got a quote for a gas line modification and the tech, Matt Watson, was able to start and finish the work in the same day. I was fully prepared to have to reschedule after the quote. It was very nice to have it out of the way and able to proceed with the next steps of our project. Matt was very professional and courteous. He explained the work very well and answered all my questions. The price was within the range of expectations as well.
