"Had our LG OLED tv repaired twice in the past few years, thankfully under warranty both times. LG contracts with these guys, so they arranged to in-home repairs. Both times the repair tech was very professional and completed the job as expected. Very happy with this shop, less so with LG!"

"I've had 2 separate TVs repaired by them over the years. They've done a good job at a reasonable cost!"

"Very dissatisfied. I enlisted these folks to repair an AV receiver for me. They said for $60 they'll tell me what's wrong and how much it'd cost to fix it. Two weeks later, when I called them, I found out that it was going into "over current shut down", basically what I told them when I dropped it off. The guy on the phone says it'll be $400 to fix it. That he didn't know what was causing it to go into protection shut down and would have to put a lot of time into it. Oh...the 60 is non refundable. So buyer beware, these guys told me they'd tell me what's wrong for 60 bucks and didn't tell me anything. Then to cover their @$$ they price the repair ridiculously high. I'll not purchase another Denon, nor will I ever return to Audio Visual repair on Speedway."
