Anytime Home Service (Tucson)

"CJ was scheduled to look at an active leak on Friday 2/23/24 sometime between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. At around 3:00 pm he called and texted that his teenage daughter was having medical issues and needed to be taken to the ER. Before I could respond, he called again and we had a conversation in which he stated he wouldn't "be able to do anything anyway" since it was too close to 5:00 pm and all he would do is take a picture. He then assured me he would come by my home to look at the problem on Monday. Monday came and he was no longer responsive to my calls or messages and I was not able to leave voice messages. I ended up calling a professional plumber who in fact responded and fixed the problem within a couple of hours from my call. I would not recommend Anytime Home Services to anyone looking to work with a professional and responsive plumber."

"They scammed me and my home warranty company. They were sent out by my home warranty and I was asked to pay them the service fee directly. The service provider told me he called the home warranty company when he was out here, but they did not. I was told by them the home warranty wouldn't cover it. They also wouldnanswer my calls or return them and didn't communicate with each other, either. This resulted in me having to pay out of pocket for something the home warranty would have covered because I finally had to go to someone else."

"Waiting OVER a month & a half to have work order completed. We're talking stoppages & replacements. Can NEVER get a business hour answer to my phone calls. Calls ALWAYS go to voice-mail & you're lucky if they call you back. They've blamed my home warranty company TWICE now. I DOUBT they bothered to schedule the 48 hour notice THEY told me they needed to give the HOA for water shut off, because I haven't received any notices from the HOA regarding such.. AND Now, after waiting ALL EFFING DAY, I finally get a 3pm call back for an 11am - 5pm work schedule window that they need to reschedule- and it's the home warranty company's fault! Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this sub par excuse for a business. Not even sure how they keep the doors open. BEYOND RIDICULOUS. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I'm so mad, I don't even care if they see this while I'm STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COMPLETE THE EFFING JOB."

Very skilled at his work, professional, and personable. I would highly recommend any time home services and Mike’s work, and would not hesitate to use them again."

"Carl came out and said a simple hose from the refrigerator water dispenser that had developed a pin hole leak to the sink needed “modifications” so my American home shield warranty wouldn’t cover it. It needed no modifications. My husband went to Lowe’s and bought the hose, couplers and compression ends and fixed it. No modifications. I think Carl just wanted to show up for the service call fee and not do the work. He wrote up some estimate saying it needed other stuff that it did not need. I will NEVER use this service again. And Carl told my husband it would cost around 350 dollars…it cost under 15 dollars in parts and less than a half hour to fix."
