"Nice people won’t charge you for something you don’t need, I was ready to go in and pay for a battery replacement on my iPhone due to it not charging, and the guy looks at my phone and says it might just be dirty so he cleaned it out and put it on the charger and it worked perfectly fine. No charge he made sure I got what I needed. He went the extra mile and was honest, which goes along way now a days."
"My husband's phone suddenly couldn't be heard by whoever he was calling. We tried several times and every time he would hear whoever called him but the person he called couldn't hear him. We spent 2.5 hours on the phone with Verizon, no fix, we took it to the Verizon store on Irvington and they recommended Quik Fix. We walked in the store and were immediately helped by Nick. He listened to our tale of woe, popped the cover off, picked at the microphone port with a thin probe, sprayed it with a magic solution and blew it out with a blast of air. In less than 45 seconds total VOILA!!!, it works perfectly now. They are the best and when we asked what we owed him he said nothing! His friend at the repair counter said that Nick would probably accept a tip and Nick said if we would give him a good review that was enough. We did both and will certainly go back to Quik Fix whenever we have another issue. They were amazing and REALLY know their stuff! Louise and Joe Keane"
