I called to get a price and to schedule someone to come look at my tv at my home and was told for the time being that they no longer provide in home service. The tv I have is entirely too heavy to transport to their location. This service should not be offered/advertised if it is not available."
"Sam was very professional and courteous. He had my old VCR running again and gave me a demonstration on the bench when I picked it up. The price was less than I expected and he even managed to beat his own turn around estimate by several days. Overall great experience, highly recommended!"

"Do not use these people. At first the man that helped me seemed very nice but i turned out to be wrong about that. I have a 65" TCL TV the picture went out but there was still sound. So my husband took our TV in and we waited a couple of days to be called back with a quote on how much it would cost to fix. The price quoted was $150.00 I told the man that I could do and he said he would call when it was done. A few days later we got the call to pick it up when .you husband went in the man told him it would cost 250 to get our TV back we had to argue with him over the cost and eventually landed at 180. The tv lasted two weeks before it went out again. Don't trust this guy he will just rip you off"
