"Saw a Happy Camper Service Truck at Picacho Peak RV Parrk. He was on his way to a call but suggested I call the boss: Joel. I followed Joel's directions and determined it was probably a valve behind the water heater. Joel ask me. to take photos of the unit. He saw the problem and advised me to open one valve and close two. All taken care of over the phone in 30 minuets. No charge. I have them on speed dial. THANK YOU!"

When our months-old always-on rear-view camera crapped out, Marvin came to our campsite to diagnose the problem and take photos requested by the Hong Kong-based manufacturer. He displayed considerable knowledge of these after-market cameras. Joel and/or Noah interacted with customer service at the manufacturer. When the replacement product arrived, Marvin came out again, and very soon, we had a working camera. Great service, Happy Camper."
