She was very polite, very courteous. I was impressed with their quality of work and attention to detail in what was not the easiest of spaces to work in. Tom really took the time to do a professional installation. Recently, I called in for a follow up service maintenance visit, and again was impressed with the efficiency of the scheduling, on time tech support and quality of service.
