"My kitchen sink started leaking so I gave Woods Plumbing a call, I was able to get a same day appointment and they were early for it. Staff were very professional and friendly. I did experience some issues with my leak detector valve not being reset causing my water filter system to stop working after they left, but they were able to send someone else out the next day and fixed it."

"When we had a leak in our kitchen plumbing, we checked Google Reviews and saw that Wood’s Plumbing was recommended. Do NOT use this company! When the young man came to provide a diagnosis and quote, he ran some water down the sink, looked under the kitchen sink where he had already been told there was no water leaking, then took photos with his phone to send to his boss. He asked for $189.00 which is what we had been told we would be charged for a diagnosis and quote, neither of which he provided. We were told his boss would call us to provide a diagnosis and quote. This never happened. We ended up calling two other local plumbing companies, both of whom were able to easily diagnose the issue and provide quotes while NOT charging us for this. We ended up having it repaired for $500.00. The woman (owner?) named Meredith who schedules and bills, etc. is insisting that we pay them 189.00 although they provided neither a diagnosis nor a quote. We never heard from Wood’s Plumbing again until after we’d had another company repair the problem. They guaranteed a service (diagnosis and quote) for the $189.00, were unable to provide this service, but still are insisting they be paid."

From their Receptionist (Jessica, I believe) who is always courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient to all the plumbers (including Wes) who are equally professional, efficient, well trained and knowledgable, to the quality of their products, I have never been disappointed. Over the past several years, I have used Woods to repair/replace faucets, hose bibs, and install 2 new water heaters (water heaters were 15 years old) and they have always been great! Equally impressive is their response time as they have always been quite accommodating!"
