"I recieved a call from CPL James T saying he would be at our just before 0800. On schedule, introduced himself to me and explained what he was going to do. Polite, very professional, obviously knowledgeable, answered questions before I asked them. Introduced himself to my wife as she got ready to leave. She approved of him. Completed his work just under two hours, Was diligent finding the slab leak area, and depth. Asked if he could cut holes in the wall to find the manifold and where the bathroom pipes came and went. He explained and made sure I understood the significance of what and where he found. I now have the understanding of where the plumber needs to start and what needs fixing. JOB WELL DONE.
