"Giving Desert Financial 1 star since there is no option for no stars. It would have been nice of them to give me a heads up about cutting ties with Zelle. I received a new card from them because my card was expiring...the expiration year was 2025. I thought that was strange...but today I was in the process of using Zelle and it said my card expired and to upload a new card. I tried that but kept getting an error so I called Zelle. Customer service was very nice and let me know that the partnership with Desert Financial has dissolved. I've been using this bank for a very long time and it would have been nice to be given a heads up. Very shady."
"6/6/23 - I originally went to the Peoria location in January just for a refinance. They ran my credit only for me to be denied with no reason given. I went in to this location today and Laura B. was extremely helpful with showing me what refinancing my specific vehicle would be, before even getting into the refinance process and running my credit again. I really appreciate her transparency and willingness to show me exactly what I’d be getting into if we submitted a refinance and I had gotten approved. I didn’t get that experience at Peoria so I’ll be coming to this location from now on:) Thank you for everything!"
"Desert Financial is NOT desert schools. This place is practically useless now. Honestly, if you just need a bank to get money deposited and withdrawn, it’s ok. Lord forbid an issue arises cause these folks are “WONT DO IT” but tell you they “can’t do it”. Lady basically told me my issue was fraud. With a license, receipt and bank info. Pathetic folks, system and standard overall. Glad to be closing my account, these people don’t deserve to hold my money."
