"I brought a check to Sonia at One AZ Credit Union. She said that they could cash partial and the rest I’d have to take and deposit in my account at my bank. Then she decided she wasn’t going to cash it at all and I would have to take it and he would have to write me two checks. Sonia ‘s remark, Take the check. you have to have them give you two checks. I replayed: I thought you said you could give me 5000. She was not very polite from the moment she saw the amount of the check beware anybody who receives a check to this credit union and especially if you go to Sonia’s register at the location on Queen Creek I had a terrible experience here. I would give negative stars, if if that was available, but I can’t even post unless I put one star"

"I was always skeptical of Credit Unions, for some reason, thinking that they would be limited on the types of services they provide. We've had an account with OneAZ for a long time and I recently went in to set up a new account for my small business. I was wrong. They provide everything I need and bend over backwards to be efficient. It's the first time I can say, as a business owner, that a bank has showed that they value my business and that I'm not just another one of their numbers. Dylan Wright is always fantastic. The clerks are always kind and helpful. Their app and website are fantastic. Great job, Dylan, and great job OneAZ."
"One AZ’s customer service is by far the best, especially at the Gilbert location. Went in today to talk to Nancy and got all my banking needs completed very quickly and was in and out within five minutes! She was very knowledgeable and I was also helped by the manager(whose name evades me, sorry) who was also extremely helpful! In the past I have also been helped by Sonya and she is amazing as well!"
