"Here's a review to tip the universe's scale of justice :P Having moved from Texas, I had a very unusual request in the form of dropping off Spectrum equipment to be returned. And I wasn't given any information by Spectrum in terms of instructions beyond the fact that I can drop the equipment off at any UPS store. Given the lack of details and information, I fully expected to have trouble getting things sorted out at the store. But, lo and behold, I was lucky that Katherine was an absolute champ at looking into the UPS system, adapting on the fly and reaching out to her manager to ensure that there wouldn't be any trouble with the return. Thanks to Katherine, I came away from the store with the entire process swiftly and efficiently dealt with and also with a thoroughly positive experience. Thanks Katherine!"
