I was impressed with the person who did the estimate and the explanations of what they would do as far as repairs and painting. They were on time and worked entire days on the project. They informed you of what would be done each day. They also listened to questions I had and answered them completely. They completed the project in a timely manner. They were very professional, clean and pleasant to work with. Their estimate was comparable to another estimate I received, but they were more thorough and applied more coats of paint. I am very pleased with the job they did and have already recommended them to others seeking painting projects to be completed. I would have them do another painting project if needed. I love the new look of my house."

The quote was very reasonable, the staff is very professional. They kept the noise level to a minimal that our patients didn’t even notice that we were getting our roof redone. "AA Brite 24/7 is a 5 star company on every level and I would not hesitate recommending them or using them again. When I lived in California I project-managed a lot of roofing contractors through my property services company. I have experience in the field and know good work, people, communication, and good business practices when I see it. I wish they were all up to the level that the AA Brite 24/7 owners and team works at. The AA Brite 24/7 team did a super duper job on repairing my wind damaged roof as well as a great job on the elastomeric / rubberized coating of my entire roof and pergola. Since it had been raining and the roof was leaking into the house in 5 rooms, they offered to come right out and seal up the roof with tarps but I’d already done so. In addition, since there was roof damage and more rain was on the way, they put my roof repair as top priority. After the repairs, I can’t even tell where the roof repair ended and existing roof began. No sloppy work and great attention to detail, cutting in perfectly around 20 solar pool spirals. They even mentioned that the A/C lines that were sitting on the roof needed to be propped up so they would not hold back water from draining – fixed! It was so nice to work with all these cheerful and helpful guys – Alex (Alejandro), Zach, Dillon and Derek, not to mention the owners Rob and Nelly (hope I didn’t miss anyone). Whenever I had a question or request, they stopped what they were doing to focus on my query to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted or was asking. These guys clearly care about what they are doing, doing it right, and they never lost interest in what they were doing. They even returned several weeks later (as promised) to do a follow-up inspection. The only hitch outside the parameters of my perfectionist standards was where the new flashing met the existing roof (I wanted more overlap). Not a big deal – I texted Rob Anderson (owner) and he and co-owner wife, Nelly, and a couple team members came right out the very next morning to inspect. They saw what I wanted and with no attitude whatsoever, got right to it and made it the way I wanted it. In a lot of online reviews, a major complaint from people (me too) are about contractors who have poor communication skills, just don’t show up on time, or don’t even show up at all when they say they will (not to mention incomplete or poor workmanship). You won’t have that problem with AA Brite 24/7. They always showed up when they said they would and I was always alerted ahead of time as to who was coming during each phase of the work. This is a 5 star company on every level and I would not hesitate recommending them or using them again."
