"It is an understatement to say that the amount of genuine heartfelt care that needs to go into working in this veterinarian environment is HUGE. And that each person who welcomes/holds/treats our pets carries a responsibility and honor. I just want to say that with every interaction you can see the whole staff at Cimarron Animal Hospital has done the work on themselves, their culture, and their skills to make this happen. They haven't built up a 'tough skin' or wall to help themselves get through...they have done the even more challenging thing which is to remain open/caring and empathetic to humans and their besties. Thank you all, I appreciate you. (And so does Muffin!) Excellent diagnosis, anesthesia services, dental care and more."

"I have been very hesitant to bring my dog to a public vet, because he is very reactive around other dogs and people usually aren’t the most understanding with that but I had an emergency and had to bring my dog into this vet. This place has totally changed my view on going to the vet. Everyone there was nice, respectful, and helpful to me and treated my dog like they would they’re own. My dog didn’t see a single dog there which really helped ease his anxiety, and I’m so grateful to find such a great vet that cares so much about my baby."

"A neighbor shared her wonderful experience with Cimarron Animal Hospital when needing care for her timid dog. It sounded like a great fit for our shy dog. The visit was the best I’ve ever experienced in 49 years of dog and cat loving. All who interacted with my dog were kind and gentle and rather than just examining for the concern I had a nose to tail eval was completed. It felt like a very wholistic exam by professionals interested in partnering with us to help our beloved, four- legged family member. We feel very lucky to have found this practice!"

"Great communication both getting an appropriate appointment time and expectations as well as post appointment followup. I like text communication and was even able to send a video that the vet evaluated and said ‘bring him in sooner rather than later’. Veterinarian called us twice while our cat was there to explain what she would do, expectations, cost, and afterward to explain what she found and other options. And of course she did take care of our cat’s problem (feline asthma) with a steroid shot and explained future possibilities. We will return to Cimarron whenever we need care."

"Been bringing both my girls here for a while now, and I couldn't be more pleased. Knowledgeable staff makes all the difference. Proper Veterinary care should be a blend of compassion, courtesy, knowledge, and genuine concern. I have found that here. My Carly and Cydney agree!!"
