"This is the absolute worst office. I have brought my kids here for more than a few years because they are closest to me. They have consistently been rude and short for no reason. They do not care about you or your children. Their appointment policies make absolutely no sense. The reminder texts are for the wrong time every single time. If you're office personnel can't do their jobs in a timely manner for your allotted appointments then just say that. Or schedule less appointments. But that would affect your pockets. I would rather drive to Mars then have to look at another one of their bad attitude having office girls."

"I just love it when the receptionist refused to accept their mistakes and instead decide to make it the customers problem with their poor attitude, save yourself the time and don't bother coming to this location at all. This store needs to understand that people have other things to do , and time is not to be waisted, I waited weeks for an appointment only to have it cancelled without my knowledge , no phone call no text nothing. Word of advice, Take accountabilty of your mistakes and don't blame the customer. It's like yall don't want business."

"As a customer I have never been treated so bad. I made an online appointment a week a head of time in which I received an email confirmation and it said a Nationwide team member would be reaching out to me. They never reached out to confirm appointment. The day before I had to call them to make sure I was still scheduled in which the receptionist said they had no appointment for me but could schedule me for another week. Instead of trying to get me in the day I already requested the receptionist had no remorse for their mistake and ended up hanging up on me. I would not recommend going to this company due to the poor customer service and highly recommend finding somewhere else to get your vision needs addressed."

"Great customer service! Sweet staff! Doctor was super nice and knowledgeable. The lady that helped me with my glasses was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend them! Aidee is great manager she knows how to handle difficult situations and shows a lot of effort in her work ethic!"

"Visited Dr. G for my annual check up and she was very knowable and fun personality . She gave me some suggestions base on my exam , such as wearing warm towels to make my eyes less dry. Highly recommended just book in advance."
