"Leah is the lady who I normally see, she has been very good and affectionate. Always calls when she has a chance to come early and will ask if it's ok to do so. She doesn't rush through her visit and will find the answers to any questions I might have and she doesn't know right of she'll find out and call or text my daughter with her answers.
