This place was welcoming and friendly. One shop stop and everyone is well over qualified. They’re constantly checking up on you and directing you to the right people."

"No response on medical records or billing needed for my insurance to close my claim and pay out the physical therapy clinic that I went to (Empower PT), which Stamp referred me to. I’ve been contacting both Stamp and Empower for 3 months now as my last visit with Empower was in May. I am told to call billing, then billing says they can’t help tells me to call Stamp?? Stamp says they can’t help either a d that my docs are at the medical office for Empower, which Empower says the contrary?! Very frustrating to say the least. I really need assistance and hate that I have to give an honest review since I’ve yet to hear back."

"As with many of their patients I was referred to them by my attorneys. The service they provide is good when they’re able to provide those services. I have. Had a total of 6 appointments canceled or rescheduled the day of for multiple reasons. As I said, when you actually are able to have the appointment the doctor (Ashley Benson) is really friendly and personable. Her knowledge os high and her recommendations were great to get me back on to normal. They offer a neuromuscular therapist named Jennifer Tucci, she does wonders! With the appointments I was able to have with her combined with the chiropractic work I had with Agave chiropractor. I believe it was the most beneficial portion of the rehab. Agave chiropractic was on the their list of chiropractics and I had friends recommend them in the past so I told Stamp I wanted to go see Dr. Paul. He was the one appointment that was always on time and never missed a beat. So thankful for his commitment and respect of my time. Overall, I was able to get the services I needed but with all the cancellations it just added to the stress and anxiety I was suffering from the original accident. I wouldn’t recommend Stamp medical to others but would recommend Jennifer and Dr. Paul. Stamp and Chirofit really should work on their customer service and the way they cancel appointments for their patients."

"My 2 kids and I were in a T-Bone collision and was referred to Stamp Medical Surprise Office for treatment. From our initial evaluation to our final evaluation, a total of 8 weeks, the service provided was above exceptional. They would go above and beyond to meet our needs in treatment, number of treatments and was accommodating with our schedule. The staff member were knowledgeable, kind caring and friendly. My kids and I were very comfortable speaking to them while they were performing their treatment. Their ultimate goal is to get us back to pre-accident condition and to get us out of physical therapy ASAP. The Doctors listened to our concerns and work through them to ensure that issues gets addressed. I would definitely recommend the Surprise Stamp Medical (ChiroFit) office for any injuries."

"I really dont like hospitals or doctors because they make my anxiety go crazy but Matt is really casual and cool about it. I can go in, just be myself and its like just talkin to someone I've known for a long time. If he could be my PCP instead of the snooty doctor I would be signed up already. Quick appointments, easy scheduling, everything you want in a doctors office."
