"I went with the FNP Roseana Harris for a pap smear, and the FNP was like angry or bad, she hardly spoke and did not give confidence since she is always like bad. I told him that I didn't like the exam and he ignored me, he asked me if I was ready and I told him yes, and he was very abrupt, it hurt me and I tried it again without lubrication and it hurt a lot. She told the assistant that she couldn't do it, and left without any explanation and very upset. I never received an explanation or an apology, he left me there with the assistant. I asked the assistant why she was so upset and she didn't answer me. He also did not apologize for the FNP's behavior, telling me to make another appointment since it hurt me a lot. Don't waste your time here. Aside from the lack of respect, they made me wait 30-40 minutes after my appointment so that in the end, they didn't do anything to me. This was my second appointment with the practitioner. The lady on my first appointment was also super cold and not polite at all. I decided to give it a second chance and it went worse."

"I would give them a 0 if I could. I took my grddtr for 2nd dose of vaccine. I waited almost 2hrs. During that time I could hear staff in the back, laughing, talking so much and loudly. And it made me question my waiting time? The med asst called us first then we waited...he was great!! Then student nurse practitioner saw us...then Dr Roseanna Harris saw us just to let us know they didn't have the vaccine. How is that possible that clinics don't know they don't have it? Why did they not notify me? They then sent me to office on wilmot, but didn't send the order or notify them I was coming. The wilmot staff could not give the vaccine w/out the order. I got tired of waiting and left. I was so frustrated. I felt Dr Harris didn't care enough to to be efficient, maybe if they didn't fool around talking so much, laughing they could be more efficient. I will continue to go to the Marana Main office 30 miles away...instead of going back there. It's sad they're in the medical field and really don't care about their pts. Earn your monies and work! Shame on you!"
