"For Dr Putnam, Dr Grav, Dr Young, I'll give 5 stars. However. Today the Dr that did my exam had me departing the office feeling less valuable than when I walked in. I really have never had a problem or issues with my VA exams with QTC until my appointment today. I won't name any names as of now, but maybe I should not of taken the appointment or possibly rescheduled it for another time. I felt my examiner was not displaying any type of empathy from the very get go. I went in while injured with a fractured rib with the impression that it would of been ok from what one of the admins stated, I did not want to accept the other appointment options because I'm not sure where I will be from day to day. It was the only day I could commit to with my current transportation circumstances. I felt as if I was a burden of their time and asserting my claims fell on deaf ears. I apologize if I could not answer her questions properly and concise but I'm in pain and extra discomfort from my fractured rib. I have another exam in a couple of days for an unrelated condition but since I know the examiner from another appointment, I will go. If a provider is doing this type of work, is it for $$$ or to be virtuous or to give back? We always hope it is to give back. I hate my job sometimes too but I try really hard not take it out on a customer or unsuspecting person. Others are fighting a war that you know nothing about."

"I will be having my VA Claims with QTC and reading both the positive and negative reviews. I hope all goes well. And they are understanding of the claims process for my ailments."

"Dr. Putnam was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely reassuring, very understanding, patient, kind, comforting, and most importantly knowledgeable. She made this part of the process smooth and as anxiety-free as possible."

"I went here for a VA C&P exam for Mental health. I saw Dr. Putnam. She was very professional, kind and explained everything thoroughly. She asked many questions all which seemed from the VA script but further expanded in conversation. I won't know my results for weeks to months but I am satisfied with my appointment. She listened. She asked questions. She gave me hope that it's not all in my head and that my symptoms are real, valid and do warrant care. She also explained what to expect to include in subsequent re-evaluations in 2 years."

"Wow. What can I say about Carondelet. First, when I scheduled my very first appointment, I made it clear that it would be a wellness check (since nothing was actually wrong with me and my insurance covers wellness checks 100%). When I went in for my appointment the doctor I saw talked with me for about 15 minutes. In which she asked me about my past medical history, which consisted of minor things like asthma. She did zero diagnosing, and basically just introduced herself. Which later they called "establishing care". I asked if she could refill one of my EXISTING prescriptions, and she did. However when she went to bill me, she wrote down that she had diagnosed me for the things I had already been diagnosed with (which I made clear in our meeting and on the health history doc.), and gave me a new prescription (which I made clear I already took on my health history doc). Both things were a total lie. I then preceded to dispute the bill, which of course nothing happened. And now I am stuck paying a $150 bill. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this establishment."
