"When I found this family of Dr’s I thought I was in great hands. However, this is one of the worst customer service medical office I have ever experienced. The office staff are extremely rude, dismissive and non-reactive to a patients needs. And go as far as to say we don’t see sick patients. If you need medical attention call an urgent care for flus, colds, sinus, allergies ect… I followed these docs for 11 yrs. Private practice on Wetmore Rd to Corondelet on River/1st to another private practice on Oracle then to NW Medical Group on La cholla. The sad part is they kept taking the same rude office staff with them. Ferny was the lead MA and she was a disappointment to see every time I went for an appt at all locations…I now call her the Gate Keeper. When I was told yet again they were leaving NW and moving to a new location with a group called APC I thought well okay. I called for my 1st appt Ferny again answered the phone. I was told that Drs will not see sick patients. I decided then not to continue my doctor patient relationship. At first the care was excellent and over time very disappointing. The last labs ordered by one of the family doctors turned up abnormal in more than 3 areas of my health…not minor either. No call from the office. I advocate for myself so I called the office and told them I get cooies of tests and no-one hase called me about the infection I have or the life threatening chronic conditions that appeared. When I went in bc I insisted on an appt to review labs, the doc told me not worr these are all minor. Well Hypothyroidism and off the chart cholesterol combined is a heart attack or stroke knocking on my door. I hope you guys went into retirement! 1 star…only bc tou have to to write the review! "I thought it was only me who experienced poor customer service, but looks like there are plenty of people out there who are treated the same. The staff is awful with responding to calls, I have to leave numerous messages, which nobody replies to. They also often mess up on prescriptions, renewals etc., which requires calling them back, waiting forever for response and repeating it endless times. I recently run out of pills because they didn't renew my medication in time. The office also doesn't seem to care about the bad reviews and does not take any steps for improvement. It either because they feel empowered by their bosses, who don't value customer service as much or maybe Marsh family isn't even aware of what poor service their staff is providing. Either way, I think I will start looking for a different provider, not because of Dr. Morrison, who I like, but because of her dysfunctional and often rude staff."

"This OFFICE everyone that I have come into contact is has been VERY POLITE. Dr. Christopher Marsh is ONE of the Best Doctor's that I have come into contact in the last 11years. I have seen over 50 doc in that time, due to a drunk driver accident and a debilitating illness and he stands head and shoulders above 49 of them. He's considerate, informative and willing to LISTEN! WOW. Most of all he'll use the old ways if they are better, but adapts to new. So "NO" this office doesn't not deserve anything less than a 5 star rating."

"Dr julie is wonderful outgoing and intested in my care. Her Asst is just as great. However wait time today to make an appt after leaving a message at 815 i had to call back in an hour at that time took over 30 mins to reach appointment desk just to be told it would be 11 days to get into see her. If they are so busy they need to stop taking in new clients. And there should be a couple of slots to take in sick clients the day you call. I think its a bit unfair when a client is in pain they need to wait 11 days. I love dr. Juile shes is awesome. but office staff not sympathetic to a clients pain or sickness. And wait time is not appropriate. For wellness calls ok to have to wait but when your sick its today that needz to be seen not 11 days later. If you want prompt service see another dr. The site states walk in are welcome thats not true they cant get current clients in for same day appts."

"Best doctors I've encountered in Tucson. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Patrick Marsh and Julie Morrison for the last 2-3 years and they've always been on time, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. If we arrive early, we usually get into it rooms earlier than our appointment times and usually in and out of there within 30 minutes. The front desk staff is usually pretty friendly with us. They got all new staff a few months ago and the energy seems to have improved but I didn't have any issue with it before."
