"Kim Riley was the worse, she made flase statements in medical reports ,released medical records and information about patient to other people. Don't wast your time with her she only cares about getting you out of office!"
"I've been calling for the last two weeks trying to get a prescription refilled, yet it still hasn't been done. No less than six calls, endless promises that they are working on it, yet it still is not done. Further promises of "we'll call you with your test results" also go unfulfilled. Honestly, I get better customer service and focus from fast food restaurants. I'm going to be switching care providers this month, this is absolutely the worst medical care / service that I've ever received."
"Dr Thomas very easy to talk with and Is thorough in her evals. Makes referrals for specialists and I have the referral when I leave the office. Her personal staff are very good. Follow through. Unlike my experience from Several years ago."
