"A lot of issues with people without jobs and you hire an ungrateful customer service representative who doesn’t even know to perform the basics of her job. Rude, doesn’t listen, and extremely unprofessional. Never heard someone blow up at a customer just for asking a question— the first of which just being the only transaction on the phone. If you have an issue with yourself or with your personal problems? Leave it at the door before you clock in. Woman just decided to answer the phone, give attitude with a tantrum, and told up she’d put us on hold to help us but essentially hung up. Do your job correctly or hopefully rehire someone to replace this person! Person was clocked in for this morning and just got off the phone with them, moments ago."

"The ufc gym on Maryland and Silverado ranch is a health disaster waiting to happen. The general manager don’t seem to care as several patrons have complained about: 1. Light in sauna out several weeks. Accident waiting to happen people have to use their cell light to see. 2. Whirlpool out for months. Water lingering looks terrible. 3. Bathrooms/garbage unsanitary. Need power cleaning all areas of the gym twice a month. 4. The machines haven’t been clean since this gym opened. Depending on customers to wipe the when finished. These are just a few items that need immediate attention. A surprise visit would certainly warranted."

"Just moved to Nevada and needed 18 month vaccines for my baby. This office had a wonderfully kind front desk representative, and the doctor who gave the vaccines was great with my daughter. 10/10 would recommend this location."
