"I have only good things to say about MDE. The community that is present is positive and uplifting. There is help anywhere you need it. Marcos and Ray are the most knowledgeable people I've ever met when it comes to strength training. I did not know the first thing about optimal strength training but these guys know it like it's second nature. If you want to get stronger, this is the place. They are also perceptive enough to prevent you from injury (if you listen). Thankfully, I have 15 months of real live training that has not given me an injury.
