"Great diverse gym. Not only coaches friendly, but the people who train there. Great enviorment everyone seems like they want to be there and the coaches want to train you. If you are looking for some fitness training, conditioning, or weightloss this is a good place to check out. I highly suggest always trying the free passes, this gym gives you 7 days to try 3 different or same class. Only other gym i know that does something similar is Chandler MMA which gives you a weaek."
