"After feeling defeated from not making the school volleyball team, my daughter had lost all motivation. Took a school year off from playing any kinds of sports and then we found Ignite. The coaches here are so awesome! Very personable, found a way to make training fun. She’s always eager to come, it’s never a struggle to get her to come. Thought for sure, like with all sports, in the beginning it’s all the hype of some place new, not at Ignite, she has yet to hit that plateau. I am so envious just watching from the gallery, that my now 13 year old, in the 9 months that she’s been coming to Ignite, that she’s lifted over 100,000 lbs, is way more agile and ready to hit the courts jumping, went from trailing at the end of the pack running laps is now at the beginning without the look of being tired. "I have been an Ignite athlete for five years now and have nothing but the best to say about the facility, trainers, and training. Not only does Ignite provide a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment, but it also is a place where athletes are nurtured and challenged to get better every day. The Ignite crew are some of the most helpful trainers out there. They work with each individual athlete to ensure they get the proper, adequate training needed. They are constantly integrating different warm-ups, exercises, and workouts to keep athletes on their toes and create ways for us to stay focused and motivated to get work done in the gym. Ignite has played a crucial role in my success and the success of countless athletes. They have helped prepare me throughout my years playing club volleyball and continue to play a huge role in my journey preparing for college volleyball. Coach Javi, Rob, Preston, and all interns are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to strength and conditioning. They are quick to modify any exercise to fit an athlete's needs and do an incredible job at teaching the importance of stretching and mobility in order to prevent injury. Although their focus lies on the physical aspects of training, they also have copious advice and knowledge on the mental and emotional side of athletics. They spend time getting to know their athletes and building strong, professional, coach-to-athlete relationships with everyone who walks through their doors. Checking in on their athletes and making sure they are doing well physically and mentally is something I hugely commend. The coaches constantly show support and come out to sporting events to cheer on their athletes. If you are looking for a place to build strength, speed, agility, and ultimately become a better athlete, Ignite is the place for you. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me and for all they have done for many athletes."
