"Within these dance studio walls my daughter has found joy and community like no other. Every experience I’ve had with the front desk has been pleasant and I’ve seen so much growth in my daughter’s dance ability and self esteem over the years. It is clear that anyone who has had a “problem” is just a person who thinks the rules don’t apply to them. I am happy to see that this business prioritizes fairness and inclusion instead of letting crazy dance moms take the reins."

"My daughter attends here, works hard and puts in the work so she can grow as a dancer and accountable to her dance mates. We as parents look forward to seeing the work put in by these girls at the recitals but only to find out ALL tickets have been SOLD OUT!! and in essence after speaking to the manager, we’re SOL… they don’t prioritize allotments to families, rather it’s on tiers and premium seating to these recitals. I understand it’s a business but come on now! How does that rate? We would never pull our daughter from the recital as that would send our kid the wrong message. We have other friends who have their daughters in this studio as well and they’re dealing with the same predicament, no tickets and no opportunity to see the hard work that their child put in. How sad, as a parent it pisses us off. They can reply to this all they want, only consolation we were given was to be put on a waiting list with OTHER families with no guarantee of attending. Now if you had to worry about whether you will be able to attend your child’s recital or not, I can only guess your decision."

"My daughter attended classes here several years ago and as a family we had a negative experience. It's funny to read recent reviews because I see more than one talking about front desk issues. Obviously nothing has changed and whenever someone has an issue the owner responds online and is never wrong. This is what happens when entitled children have a business. If you are responding to a customer complaint you should do it privately and actually try to provide customer service even if you can't resolve the issue. Responding publicly is defensive and small and you are only proving that you are unprofessional. The sad thing is that you are arguing with parents about their children's classes. We all have more important things to do with our time and money than giving it to your business. Feedback is a gift and unfortunatley you still haven't learned"

"This dance studio is AMAZING!!!! People are very nice and friendly! My daughters love taking dance classes there. Dance teachers truly care about your child's dance education. They want nothing but for the best for your child. As a Deaf person, It is hard to find a place where staff are so nice and very patient with me. A few people are learning ASL just to be able to communicate with me. They make my family a part of the dance family they are creating here at the dance studio!"
