"I just took a specialized self defence class focusing on survival techniques related to traveling to higher-risk parts of the world from Jeff, Chuck, and Dave and it while the class was demanding, it was awesome. Jeff put together a very thoughtful curriculum that taught us some essential defence and survival techniques. Not only are Jeff and his instructors experts at their respective fields with years of experience, they also are excellent instructors and clearly enjoy their work. Add in a top notch facility with plenty of mat space and dedicated training rooms, and you have a first class experience. I highly recommend M1 and will definitely be back for more classes."
